If you are a beginner to the Yoga practice please arrive early for your first class so we can get you acquainted with the studio and so you can get settled on your mat to relax before class begins. Bring your Yoga mat and a towel. If you do not have a mat, loaner mats are available at the studio free of charge.
All of our instructors are certified and can help offer modifications and or variations for any limitations or injuries you might be experiencing. Let your instructor know what you are working with before class, and they will be sure to offer assistance.
It is recommended that you practice 4 to 6 times per week. Consistency is key. To start, try to attend 2 to 3 classes per week and find a short home practice that you can integrate into your daily routine. Within a few months, you’ll begin to feel stronger, more flexible and more relaxed in stressful situations.

Experience the many benefits of yoga in this slower-paced class for beginners and seasoned adults. You will come in and out of poses mindfully with emphasis on breathwork. Focus is on stretching the spine, shoulders, legs and hips. Balancing postures will also be included. This welcoming class will leave you feeling that anyone can practice and enjoy yoga. Props are available for your comfort in all poses. All levels welcome!
Beginning and ending class with meditation and intention. Warming up the body on the earth then up to standing. Linking sun salutations into a creative, continuous flow cultivating awareness, mindfulness and presence, as well as the excitement of new and challenging poses and sequences with gentle assists and modifications where needed. Continued with your choice of inversion and ending with savasana leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed and grateful to self, and your practice with intention of taking it "off the mat" into your day.
This heated Flow class will lead you through a creative and diverse sequence of poses linked to support breath awareness and energy flow. Accompanied by a energizing and dynamic musical mix to help you move and groove, this more challenging class may also include arm balances and inversions.
Yoga experience is recommended for this heated class. Expect room temperature to reach between 85-90 degrees. We recommend you bring bottle of water and a hand towel.
Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates a graceful yet challenging Vinyasa flow. Use breath awareness and alignment to develop strength, flexibility and balance, toning the physical body from head to toes. Class will include sun salutations, standing poses, inversions, dynamic stretching, pranayama (breathwork), and Savasana. This practice can build strength, reduce stress and increase vitality off the mat.
This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness in both mind and body. Poses are held for 1-5 minutes, for slow release and nourishment to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the goal to increase circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Gentle Hatha Yoga & Meditation
Slow, flowing movements will lead the way with this sweet class and relaxing stretch combined with easy and effective meditations to bring you to a place of stillness. This class is perfect for beginners or experienced students that want a slower paced class and to cultivate a meditation practice.
Designed to release tension and stress from the body and mind, explore longer held floor postures. Props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks (which we'll supply) will be used to support poses. Breathing and meditation techniques will be introduced to enhance your practice. Great class for beginners and those who prefer a slower paced, relaxing yoga practice. All levels welcome.
