Yoga Chi is a gentle yoga practice enhanced by flowing movements inspired by Qigong and Tai Chi. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and moments of stillness, we encourage energy to move freely throughout the body while supporting balance, flexibility, and ease.
Inspired by my ongoing studies in yoga therapy and women's health, this class places special emphasis on practices that support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, healthy aging, and overall vitality. Many women find it particularly helpful during the transitions of midlife, though all are welcome.
Leave class feeling grounded, centered, and energized.
Location
Classes are offered at Willowbrook Health Center, 4 Willowbrook Rd., Cromwell, CT 06416. Parking available in front of the building. Enter through the main entrance. Classes take place in the front room, off the main entrance.

Thursdays from 8:30 am - 9:30 am
Additional information
No prior yoga experience needed.
Dress in comfortable clothes.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one (if not, we have some for you.)
Small class size allows for a more personalized experience.
