All Level Vinyasa Flow with Sound Healing (ages 16+)

• A vinyasa flow class is designed to link the breath with movement to heat the body and get into the stretch

• Lots of sun salutations and poses for strength and fluidity

• Every other week, Doug Yaeger joins the class to add calming sound healing that enhances our flow

• All skill levels are welcome to this vigorous, yet calming class

Location

Classes take place at the Rocky Hill Community Center, located in the Rocky Hill Town Hall building, at 761 Old Main Street, Rocky Hill, CT 06067. Park near the Community Center entrance. Go through the double doors to enter the community center and proceed to the left where you will find the Exercise Studio (near the fitness room).
