Did you know?... Pausing between poses is just as important as the poses themselves. In yoga, the moments between movements give your body and mind a chance to catch up with each other. These gentle pauses aren’t empty space— they’re where the integration happens.

Why pausing matters:

• It allows your nervous system to settle and shift into a calmer state

• It gives your muscles time to release tension rather than push through it

• It helps you notice subtle sensations, alignment, and breath

• It turns your practice from “doing” into “experiencing”

• It trains your mind to slow down, listen, and respond with intention

Think of each pause as a soft invitation to check in:

How is my breath? How does my body feel? What does it need right now?
